Outrageous By Design is a chestnut shielded homozygous tobiano with inkspots. His sire is homozygous tobiano NSH stallion, QH Calypso Bay and dam is the 1/2 Saddlebred mare, Fancy By Design. He is a registered Pinto Horse Association stallion bred by Buffy & Bernie MacLeod of Destiny Farm. Thanks to them for allowing me to display this superb photo.
